Tack Swap & Open House

Make way for the new:  Bring your gently used riding clothes, hard hats or boots, saddle, bridle or horse equipment. Cost to rent a space is $25 payable to Ashvana Stables. All sales go to each individual vendor. Call 863-2676 to register.
Don't want a booth but want to clean out your barn?   Donate your used horse items to the Opening Gaits booth.  All proceeds to benefit therapeutic  riding programming.

Volunteer Training Sessions

Wednesday, March 11th, 3:30-5:30 & Saturday, April 22nd, 1:00-3:00

Become a therapeutic riding volunteer.  Learn the basics of therapeutic riding; tacking up, leading, and side walking.  Some riders need up to 3 volunteers to enjoy, and benefit from, a 1 hour riding session.   Call to reserve a space.

Sarah Rury, Founder and Executive Director, will offer one hour information sessions on the benefits of Therapeutic Riding for parents, agencies, psychotherapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, school representative, and other interested parties.

Open House / 5k fundraiser

Saturday, October 14th, 2006

9:30am -10:30 "5k Trot-along" 1st annual fun run/walk fundraiser

"run and walk so that others can ride."

$20 registration.  T-shirts for the first 75 participants.
